We purchased a bear with personalised top on. This was in memory of my daughter loosing her Granddad. The item has arrived and she is absolutely over the moon. The quality and service was outstanding.

Nice item bought as a present for my daughter and her family. Item was as in the photos and well made, the presentation gift box is very good too. The display frame is a little rough but nothing a quick rub over with fine glass paper won’t cure. All in all extremely pleased with the items, delivery was fairly quick and email communication excellent with tracking information supplied.
